I have been going to National Parks when I was younger when I went on trips with my dad but it all really started about the early 2000’s. When I started work and getting my vacations I would choice a State and parks to go see.
Some of the goal is too finish all states but right now I am trying to go to all the parks in Arizona and New Mexico first. I have five parks up North from me here in Tucson, AZ to see and I have three parks in New Mexico to see up North of Santa Fe. Hopefully this fall I will be going to some of these parks to mark them off my list.
When stamps came out I started collecting them but not has much that I am doing now. Over the years I have collected over 237 stamps.
I know that I am in my forty’s already but I am going to try and see a lot of more parks.
As of now 6/12/2022 there is 423 parks but more are coming around that I need to check them out. My goal is to go many has I can.
I have gone to 103 parks so far. I have been to some of the states.
