This use to be the Desert Power and Water House building located in Kingman, AZ. It opened on July 31, 1907 and its the oldest reinforced concrete structure in Arizona. They used the building has a power and water for the town of Kingman. Also supplied the area mines with power to operate their hoists and pumps. It lasted 1909 to 1938.
When the building was closed the town used it for other things but in 1997, they opened it has a visitor center for the town and Route 66. This is part of the National Register of Historic Places.
