While I was at the Lincoln home I got this stamp for the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom.
A important person named Jameson Jenkins helped out a lot of slaves to get their freedom and he played a role in the Underground Railroad. Why it’s important because Jameson Jenkins and his family lived only half a block away from Lincoln. They have his property is part of the park. The house is gone.
We didn’t get to see it but it is on the block.
