On our way out of Beatty, NV we stopped by a ghost town called Rhyolite. It is a very cute little town. It use to be a mining town in Nevada.
There were still some of the building still standing that you can see along the road. There was a depot, bank, store, school and a bottle house.
The bottle house was in a movie at one time. It wasn’t open but at one point you could go see inside of it. Somebody does take care of this town. While we were there a lot of people were coming in to check it out.
