In October 2022, my dad came picked me up in Arizona and we went to some parks on the way to Santa Fe, NM. At some point we drove along Route 66.
One of the towns we stop in was Grant, NM. We stayed there for a couple of days. Here is the sign of the Grant, NM of route 66.
We also went to The New Mexico Mining Museum. The first floor you can look around for free and the basement you can look at mining items for a price. Here are pictures of the first floor.
On the way down to Santa Fe we drove through another town that there is a Route 66 symbol on the road.
When we were driving through Albuquerque, NM. We stopped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post. Originally a 1940’s era Trading Post on Route 66 known as the Hill Top Trading Post.
When we finally drove into Santa Fe, NM there was a sign for Route 66. The road is part of the Santa Fe Trail.
