Today me and my mom went to two bead shows here in Tucson, AZ. Every year there is a big gem show that comes from everywhere to sell their gems, beads, rocks and jewelry. It’s a amazing thing to see. Great thing to do in Jan and Feb. It last for about a three weeks.
The first place we went to was To Bead True Blue that was located at the Casino Del Sol that is on the Southwest of Tucson. There was a lot of different vendors to look at stuff. At this show you can be Retail or Wholesale.
We went around to all the booths to see all the beads. There were some really good things that I saw. I found some great beads to use in my jewelry. I found some beads that glow in the light (can’t wait to make pieces out of that.). I found a new tool to use and learn something new. Here are the beads that I bought.
The second place we went to was the Holidome/Gem Mall. There are four big white tents to look threw. It is located near Ajo Ave near the baseball fields. There are a lot of booths to look at. It’s amazing to see. This one is for wholesale buyers. You need to get a pass and if you have your license with number. I go with a friend.
We walked threw all the tents and we found a couple of things. Not that much that I saw that I needed. Here is a picture of what I got.
It was a fun day hanging out with my mom. The weather was perfect compared to other times we have went.
